Who looks after your information?

MiloReps is responsible for the waitlist. Contact us at help@miloreps.app with any questions or requests.

What we collect and why

We save your email address, the date you joined and a record of your consent so we can send you the MiloReps launch email. Joining is optional, and we rely on your consent. You are not signing up for a general marketing newsletter.

We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit automated submissions. We do not put your raw IP address in the waitlist. Our hosting provider may keep its own server security logs.

Where it is stored

The waitlist is stored in a private folder on our Hostinger hosting account, outside the public website folder. Hostinger processes this information to provide the hosting service. We do not sell the list or publish your email address.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details until the launch email has been sent, you ask us to remove them, or six months have passed since you joined, whichever comes first. Temporary form-security records expire after an hour and are cleared as the form is used. If we use an email delivery provider for the launch, we will update this notice with that provider before sending.

Leaving the list and your rights

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing help@miloreps.app from the address you signed up with. Please say “remove me from the waitlist”. Withdrawing does not affect earlier use based on your consent.

You can also ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or provide a copy of your personal information. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can contact us or complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies

The signup form uses an essential session cookie to help prevent forged submissions and show the result of your signup. This page does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
